PMA 3531 - Screenwriting I

Permission of department required. Enrollment preference given to: PMA majors and minors. Registration through department registrar in room 223 of the Schwartz Center.

This course explores the fundamentals of writing for the screen. The class format will include creative writing assignments, class discussion, screenings and workshop. Students will produce short film scripts, film analysis papers and feedback on student work. The semester will culminate in a revision of a longer film script and presentation. (AU)
