Enrollment preference given to: freshmen and sophomores. Students should contact their college for the most up-to-date information regarding if and how credits for this course will count toward graduation and/or be considered regarding academic standing.

The objective of this course is to examine and strengthen students’ self-management and learning strategies and to promote students’ critical thinking and awareness of how they learn. Learning outcomes: students will develop greater self-awareness of their tendencies and how they do things, what works and doesn’t work for them, and be able to create and implement a time-based study/project plan.
