Investment Banking Essentials is structured to provide Executive MBA students with “real world” investment banking experience in an academic environment. Students, working individually and in teams, will play the role of investment bankers throughout the semester. Students will be introduced to the capital raising, leveraged buyout, and merger & acquisition processes.
