Students will confront critical issues such as: What business should we be in? What products or services should we provide? Which customers should we serve? In which geographic areas? The course will provide students with the conceptual models, analytical tools, and financial methods they need to formulate and implement strategy at each stage of the company lifecycle. The class will enhance performance as general managers and consultants.
